Every service is published with its price. What is quoted before the visit is what appears on the invoice — no call-out fee, no doorstep extras.
Open fires, wood-burners and multi-fuel stoves. Whatever's behind the door, the number below is the number on the invoice.
Inspections, stove servicing and blockage clearance, each priced before any work starts.
HD camera survey of the full flue with recorded footage and a plain-English written summary. The sensible first move before a house purchase or a stove installation.
Complete strip-down: rope seals, baffle, fire bricks and glass all checked, moving parts freed off, and a written service record issued at the end.
Careful, legal clearance of inactive nests between September and February — including a sweep, smoke draw test and camera check once the flue runs clear.
Supplied and fitted to suit your flue and fuel type. Priced per job because the right cowl for a disused flue isn't the right cowl for a wood-burner.
Small jobs usually completed during the same visit, always agreed with you first.
The small print, in plain English.
If a flue turns out to be unsweepable on arrival — severe blockage, unsafe appliance — a £40 attendance charge applies instead of the full price, along with an honest explanation of the options.
Travel is free throughout the published coverage area. Just outside it? Ring — it's usually a small, agreed amount.
Cash, bank transfer or card on completion. Receipt and certificate come as standard, not as an extra.
Every price on this page is the price Dan quotes on the phone. One man, one number, no doorstep surprises.
